Here’s the thing. I’ve been struggling a lot lately. Feeling overwhelmed with life in general and feeling sorry for myself. When it rains it pours and the last six weeks have felt pretty shitty. . Last night I told myself I would wake up and workout. This morning I just chose a workout that I knew I liked.
